The shipping costs detailed below are valid only for Spain (within mainland). Other destinations should be contacted by email or phone.

 

1. Standard Service

For orders up to 25kg material:

The material is delivered to the customer's home by the postal staff or a courier company we have agreed, with postage prepaid. Gender is shipped in 48 hours if it is in stock and is sent to the subsequent working day. In case of unavailability of the genre will contact us to report the delivery date.

For other bulky items like carriages, boxes, etc ... transport is not included, but we have arranged special rates to make him come home. We can also take him to platform until 300kms away from our facilities, arranging a minimum amount for it. You can also come to pick it up yourself.

Shipping and freight to the Canaries

We do not ship to the Canary Islands, unless the buyer is agreed with the amount of medium-term delivery.

 

PAYMENT

1. Bank Transfer / Income account

To process a pedal will check if actually available at the time of the requested material. Failure to have the material available will contact the customer and will be advised of the date of availability. Should that date outside their conformity would return the amount paid. Anyway we welcome you to contact us to check the availability of any product you want.

The customer deposits the money into the bank account provided with your name and surname to correctly identify the order and the number of revenue if known. The account number to check in will receive at the time of ordering.

 

2. Credit Card (PAYPAL)

Once clients are referred to us the order and we have checked the availability, the customer will pay for this payment system purchase at the time of booking. In case you want to make a retrospective payment via paypal you must contact company to receive an application.

 

Changes, Returns and warranties

1. Changes

1.1. Defective Merchandise

Should the goods arrive defective the customer must contact the company to fix the problem.

1.2. Changes

For the special nature of some of the products we sell and the possibility of customizing the same, in many cases it will be possible to make the change requested product. If the change is due to an error by the client (error when ordering) it shall bear the shipping costs.

If the error was ours, the customer would receive the ordered goods at no additional charge. To accept a return both the product and the packaging must be in perfect condition and with all original content without manipulation. You must also include sending a copy of the invoice.

 

2. Returns

For the special nature of some of the products we sell and the possibility of customizing the same, in many cases it will be possible to make the change requested product. In return we admit, will be accepted within the first seven days, counting from the date of receipt of the goods by the customer, and provided that the conditions set out on this page.

No returns will be accepted for the following products:

According to Law 47/2002 of the Retail Trade, supplies which were unsealed. Products that have been tested or used and no longer be sold as new. Products that go with packaging type "blister", it can never be accepted back once the product has been opened. To make a return must always contact us to accept the return. Only pre-authorized returns will be accepted.

All merchandise must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition and protected in a way that is not received with seals or tape transport. Otherwise we reserve the right to refuse the return. Transportation expenses incurred in the return shall be borne by the customer.
